Cox & Rawle, producent van klein materiaal voor het zeevissen, heeft de firma UltraCast aangesteld als distributeur voor haar producten in België, Nederland, Luxemburg en Frankrijk. De deal werd beklonken met een handdruk tijdens de Hengelsport- en Botenbeurs in de Jaarbeurs in Utrecht.

FishingMatters’ Managing Director, Mark Hamnett, gaf dit als commentaar: “This is a logical partnership for us as UltraCast is an established distributor in the territory with premium tackle brands and a sound customer base. From my perspective, the continental market needs local representation, so we are delighted to be able to work with Didier and his team. The Netherlands is an important market for our fly-fishing business especially in terms of Predator and Sea Bass patterns so it is now important for us to work with a partner focused on grass roots distribution in sea fishing”.

UltraCast eigenaar, Didier Laroy voegde hier aan toe: “This is a perfect fit for us and enables us to cover the premium terminal tackle market with some of the best terminal tackle in the business. We have already received a great level of interest especially for beach casting hooks and components and will be rolling out the rest of the range in the coming months”.
