Zebco Europe heeft een gevestigde naam binnen de hengelsportindustrie binnengehaald. Dietmar Isaiasch (48) begint aan zijn nieuwe rol als Senior Business Manager in februari, waarmee het managementteam van de in Tolsted gevestigde en in geheel Europa actieve firma aanzienlijk versterkt wordt.
Dietmar is internationaal bekend als een van de meest ervaren roofvissers en productontwikkelaars in het segment, hij heeft meerdere wereldkampioenschappen gewonnen en vele nieuwe trends gelanceerd.
Hij is goed bekend met alle aspecten van de business, van productontwikkeling tot marketing, hij vindt de contacten met de eigenaren van hengelsportzaken belangrijk en hij is geen onbekende bij het publiek door zijn publicaties in diverse media en de presentaties op allerlei beurzen.
Dietmar Isaiasch over zijn overstap: “After occupying a more sales-based role in the sector for the last two years, I was seeking a new challenge that would allow me to draw upon my years of experience in both product development and company management. This would preferably be at a company that operates throughout Europe and has global networks and renowned brand products. Zebco Europe meets all of these criteria, which is why the move, including the necessary relocation, was such an easy decision. The team there has been doing outstanding work in recent years and I am confident I will be able to implement my ideas optimally in such an environment.”
Zebco Europe managing director Peter Delwes is eveneens vol optimisme: “From the outset, we had the feeling that he would bring the right reinforcement for our growth plans. Besides ourselves, retailers will also benefit from Isaiasch’s role since the products he has been responsible for have always entailed good sales opportunities for retailers.”
Frerk Petersen, Director Europe Marketing & Product Development, voegt hier aan toe: “Acquiring a colleague like Dietmar is a huge opportunity for the company. Obviously, his role will include progressing the crucial predator fishing segment of the Quantum brand. However, he will also make his mark in other segments. He also has extensive experience in coarse fishing so, like our other product managers, he can play out his ideas across brands.”
